The basic “give take” example from the “Other Guy”.
Lets Say your salaries are from $105k to $175k. We will use $140k for example.
$140k X 20% placement fee = $28,000
Lets Say you need to hire 2 people at an average of $140k that’s $28,000 X 2 = $56,000
What if you wanted to hire 3 people!
The good news is you just filled 3 critical positions that, in the long run, will profit your company, but you just paid out $84,000 in fees to a company that may or may not be any good. $84,000 is a lot to pay and did you really get the best employee?

Using the same scenario from above Legal Staff IT will support you in the following ways. For a $10,000 dollar retainer you will have our full attention and you will receive the benefit of our combined 60 years of Legal Recruiting experience and that’s just in this country. Plus you will have one on one service for all your Legal staffing needs.
You could pay more but you will not get better results because we want to partner with you in a relationship that is beneficial to both parties beyond just getting you the people you need.
When Legal Staff IT helps you fill those same two positions from the example above we will have earned a bonus of $10,000 for a total of $20,000 not $56,000 like the “Other Guys”.
Now what if you want to hire 3 people in one month’s time from the many candidates we will send you. In that case we would earn a $15,000 bonus and you would save $13,000 over the above example. It is just a flat rate of $15,000 for each hire after the first two each month. That is less than a 10% fee for a hire at 140K plus the retainer has already
been paid.
Let's Break it Down:
2 $140k hires at 20% fees VS. 2 hires of any salary with Legal Staff IT. In a one month period, you save $36k on two hires or $49k on three hires or even $62k on 4 hires that month. The potential savings on just two hires a month for a year is $432,000!!!
